Please take a moment to read this notice about the upcoming works in your locality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Works since last neighbourhood update<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Works include:<\/strong><br><strong>Section 7A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zone A + C Precast Superstructure Complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boundary Gabion Basket Construction Ongoing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External Windows\/Doors and Curtain Walling Ongoing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal M+E 1st fix ongoing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outer Leaf Blockwork ongoing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESB Substation (School) Ongoing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep Drainage Runs including Sewer, Storm and Rainwater Harvesting ongoing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kerbing and Footpaths Ongoing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Section 7B (including East Dunningstown)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CBS Access Road Formation Ongoing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kerbing and Footpaths Ongoing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commenced Traffic Management for Section 1 Dunningstown Road Works (East)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commenced installation of Storm Drainage adjacent to Dunningstown Road (East).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Section 7C (including West Dunningstown)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commenced Traffic Management for Section 1 Dunningstown Road Works (West)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commenced installation of Storm Drainage adjacent to Dunningstown Road (West).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commenced Ducting Installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Section 7D (including Talbots Gate\/Court and Freshford Road Junction)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Site Entrance for Construction Traffic to CBS School Site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All the necessary Health and Safety systems and traffic<br>management will be put in place to always ensure your safety during these works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS &amp; PARKING<\/strong><br>Monday to Friday &#8211; as per planning.<br>Saturday &#8211; as per planning.<br>Provision for parking has been made within our compound (Lands off Dunningstown Road South adjacent to the new<br>school) for our construction workers and for all construction related traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>HEALTH, SAFETY &amp; ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><br>As the Main Contractor the health and safety of our workers and the public is a top priority for JJ Rhatigan\/ABM.<br>It is important that children\/teenagers understand that construction sites are not a safe place to play, and they<br>should not try to enter construction sites at any time and\/or MUST NOT ENTER SITE AT ANY TIME. We would<br>appreciate parents\u2019 assistance in getting this point across to young children.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction sites are defined as high-risk work areas with those who work on site having specialised training and<br>equipment to undertake their tasks.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JJ Rhatigan &amp; Company is proud to support and cooperate with the Considerate Constructors Scheme to commit to<br>care regarding the appearance of our site, respect the<br>community in which we work, protect the environment by<br>our methods of working and choice of design and<br>materials, secure everyone\u2019s safety and value our<br>workforce. We strive to maintain the highest standards on<br>all our projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>UPCOMING WORKS<\/strong><br>Section 7D (including Talbots Gate\/Court and Freshford Road Junction)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencing Road Works on Section 7D starting within the green area south of section 7D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works will entail the construction of the new roadway (commencing in the green area) following with the removal of the existing trees along Talbots Gate\/Court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We apologies in advance for any inconvenience the construction activities may cause and to thank you for your<br>patience and consideration.
