{"id":705,"date":"2025-03-13T10:50:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T10:50:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rhatiganabm.com\/?p=705"},"modified":"2025-03-13T12:42:24","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T12:42:24","slug":"presentation-secondary-school-kilkenny-march-2025-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rhatiganabm.com\/?p=705","title":{"rendered":"Presentation Secondary School Kilkenny- March 2025 Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dear Neighbour,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome to March issue of our Neighbourhood Update for Presentation Secondary School, Works are well underway tracking completion &amp; handover end of June 2025&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wishing you a happy St. Patrick&#8217;s day, \u201cL\u00e1 fh\u00e9ile P\u00e1draig sona dhuit!\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Works underway<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Very exciting to share that good progress has been made and the following works are scheduled to complete in March:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scaffold to be removed&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal wet trades&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cladding completion&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Landscaping \/ planting&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS &amp; PARKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday to Friday &#8211; as per planning.&nbsp;<br>Saturday &#8211; as per planning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site accessed will be from Outrath Court&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you have any queries regarding these works, or the upcoming project then please feel free to contact us at the contact details provided below and on site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HEALTH, SAFETY &amp; ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Main Contractor the health and safety of our workers and the public is a top priority for JJ Rhatigan\/ABM. We have drafted a traffic management plan that will be implemented for the duration of the construction works to minimise the impact on the public and local residents.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site will be fully secured for the duration of the works and the vast majority of the works will be carried out within the confines of this area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that children understand that construction sites are not a safe place to play, and they should not try to enter construction sites at any time. We would appreciate parents\u2019 assistance in getting this point across to young children.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction sites are defined as high-risk work areas with those who work on site having specialised training and equipment to undertake their tasks.
