This project involves the demolition of the existing school. A new L-shaped two storey building will be constructed with associated parking and hard play areas allowing for school use to continue throughout the build.

This school is on a greenfield site in Kilkenny Town Centre and involves a new build two/three storey school with associated play areas, landscaped car parks, boundary screening, grass area for future pitch, fenced ballcourts, bike parking and a new link road.

This project involves the demolition of existing structures and creation of two new three storey blocks with landscaping and play areas. It also includes extensions and refurbishment to the existing protected structures as well as a new all weather pitch.
St. Mark’s Special School, Newbridge, Co.Kildare
The project consists of demolition of the existing school and construction of a new 14 classroom Special Needs school with a total floor area of 2,731sqm. Works to the school grounds consist of the provision of 2no hardcourt play courts, 2no playgrounds, sensory gardens and soft landscaping throughout. The development will also include new vehicle access and pedestrian arrangements off Station Road with provision of 12 car park and 2 disabled car parking with entrance / exit off Morristown Lane.

The project consists of demolition of the existing structure on site and Construction of a 2 storey 8 classroom Post Primary school building with a total floor area of 1,627sqm. Sustainable feature of the school includes PV panels, Air to water heat pump heating system and rainwater harvesting. Externally ballcourts plus junior and senior playgrounds will be provided along with kick about, orchard and nature areas.
